An integrated campaign with multiple creative touchpoints to launch a new product solution

About Project

In May 2022, Greenhouse launched its newest solution, Sourcing Automation. To support the launch, an integrated campaign was implemented that included multiple touchpoints.

As the lead designer, I was responsible for coming up with an overall design strategy for the project, managing all creative tasks for the campaign, communicating and collaborating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring timely handoff of all deliverables. The deliverables for this campaign included a landing page design, an introductory video, supporting ebook and case study collateral, and image assets for marketing emails and the Greenhouse blog.

Designing product abstractions

Greenhouse Sourcing Automation helps recruiters easily find and capture candidate contact information, then connect with them through personalized and automated email outreach – all with Greenhouse. To capture the main functionalities of this solution, I designed abstractions that stripped away extraneous elements and simplified the product in a focused, easy to understand, and visually interesting way. These product abstractions became the main visual representations of Sourcing Automation used across the campaign.

Landing page

The landing page for Sourcing Automation on the Greenhouse website served as the main point of information for people interested in learning more about the product, with the goal of directing them to request a demo. I designed all the images for the website in both desktop and mobile versions, and created the structure of the page using components in Craft, the CMS Greenhouse used for its marketing website.

Video

The goal of the video was to introduce Sourcing Automation and give a high level overview of its features. Working off a script provided by a copywriter and collaborating closely with a motion designer, I created storyboards for the video, providing frame-by-frame designs and notes for animation sequences. I also sourced and chose stock images and clips to be used throughout the video sequence. The finished video was embedded on the landing page and provided a visual draw for viewers to learn more about the product.

Supporting assets

An ebook and a case study were created to help bolster the advantages of Sourcing Automation. I was responsible for designing the layout of these supporting contents as PDFs, which were made available to download from the Greenhouse website.

I also created images for marketing emails and a blog post that announced the launch.

Outcomes

Sourcing Automation was unveiled on the first day of Open 2022, Greenhouse's annual HR conference and generated a lot of excitement among Greenhouse users. The launch campaign generated much interest and resulted in leads/demo requests. Sourcing Automation is now a core add-on solution to Greenhouse Recruiting and remains a key element of Greenhouse's competitive advantage.
