The Gimbap Shop

Branding and packaging for a fictional food shop that sells gimbap, a popular Korean lunch item made from steamed white rice and various other ingredients rolled in sheets of dried seaweed. The identity was applied across several brand elements including a take-out bag, table tent, business cards, postcard, buttons, and container.

Gimbap is often eaten during picnics or outdoor events and is also a popular packed lunch for students going on field trips. To highlight its status as "portable" food, I proposed a cylindrical container that could easily transport an entire roll of gimbap from place to place.
